SHIPPING.

Your item will ship within 1 business day after cleared payment.  All items ship fully insured and you will receive an email with the tracking information.  All items ship from California via  Fed Ex Home Delivery or Ground Service.

RETURN POLICY.

Please contact robert@novakgems.com to obtain a Return Authorization within 7 days for a Refund of your Purchase Price.  Customer must return the item prepaid and in the same condition received, you will be notified the same day your item is received back to the store.  Your item will go thru a 'review' process to confirm item.    If there is a problem with your item please email upon delivery.

PACKAGING.

All gemstones and jewelry will be shipped in high end designer packaging, ready to gift.  Gemstones come in leather secure clasp cases with glass windows. Jewelry ships in specific Ring, Necklace, Pendant or Earring boxes that are either red or black leather with velvet interiors and exterior embossing. Many boxes are shown in photos of the items.  No expense has been spared, as I believe that the presentation from me to you must wow you upon opening your new treasure... you are purchasing a cherished item that deserves a beautiful little 'home' of its own.
